Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Occupational Therapist will work directly with clients to design and implement individualized therapy plans. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapeutic activities, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. The Occupational Therapist will focus on enabling clients to achieve their developmental, physical, emotional, and social goals through evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- Professional expertise in Occupational Therapy with knowledge in Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Proficiency in working with Pediatrics and understanding child developmental needs
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to create and implement personalized therapy plans based on individual client needs
- Relevant certifications or licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly working with children, is advantageous
- A patient, empathetic approach with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
